Trane reset XB80 AC unit and cooling issue

Last night we realized the capacitor needed replaced so we ordered a new one and have been manually starting the fan. We stepped out for less than 2 hours this morning, so we turned off the AC unit. We came back and now it won't cool. We cant find any type of reset buttons on the inside or outside units. The drip pan is bone dry and not much water is coming out on the outside. There is a flashing red light but my husband cant remember if it is flashing 5 or 6 times. Any ideas?
