Help! Nordyne AC Circuit board clicking and blinking.

I need some serious help It's 105 out and my ac isn't working, it'll work sometimes, Then the inside fan stops and up in my attic my circuit board is blinking constant and clicking.I attached a link to a video
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cGN2PgeHZSY
I installed a new thermostat. Still not working. But if I turn the ac off and just turn the fan on it, the fan works. As soon as I kick the compressor on the inside fan turns off ?! But sometimes the fan never comes on only clicking .then I popped the thermostat and bypassed the thermostat and the fan will work that way .. I'm so confused It first seems like a faulty circuit board, I also had to replace circuit board fuse. Not sure how that popped but why would the fan all of a sudden work if I bypass a new thermostat .? Anyone please help! I don't want to drop 170$on a new circuit board. Thank much
