Ductless AC Parts

I have a Pridiom 24000 BTU ductless ac unit that has a refrigerant leak. This companies web site is no longer exists so my gut is telling me maybe that are gone. If I get a tech to find the leak on my outdoor fan are the parts needed to be replaced due to the leak be obtained from other sources or are the parts brand name specific, so Pridiom parts only IE: compressor etc. If they are then there is no point in repairing it just full replacement of the system.

Your first step is to get a tech in that has a decent refrigerant sniffer.
Check and locate the leak(s) first. Worry about the repair secondly.
Be prepared to pay for a one hour service call.

It may be as simple as a loose fitting on one of the lines.

Very true, I got a price of $109.00 for the first hour and if needed $80 for each additional hour for repair etc.

That would be about the going rate. A typical leak can be found in one hour.
Many techs... not all.... will credit part of that back towards the repair.
