This AC drain line in my small downtown condo keeps getting clogged, Does anyone know which line is the primary drain and have any ideas how i can avoid having to repeat this once per year and how to avoid removing the rubber connectors? So far I havent been able to remove them. The air handler is to the right of these lines. And this is in located in the ceiling. [attach]96264[/attach]

I have a roof leak, and after I removed the ceiling sheetrock and exposed the leaking T&G roof deck from above, I also noticed part of the HVAC duct was "sagging" down. What happened is that area in the attic was getting shallower and shallower, and the duct had barely enough room and was tightly sandwiched between the bottom of the roof deck and the joists. Roofing nails shot from above punctured the HVAC duct. Over time a leak from above caused the nails to rust, and water went inside the duct and the weight formed a "belly". The duct runs from left to right in the picture below. So while I need to repair the roof leak, I also need to figure out what to do with the duct. I eased the section of the duct back and let it hang down to empty the water inside, with the vent sitting on a 5 gallon bucket. So my questions are: (1) Once the roof leak is repaired and the duct is dried out, can I reuse the duct? (2) If I can reuse the duct, do I tape the holes with aluminum tape? (3) If I cannot reuse the duct, then I need to cut it back to where it was dry, and connect a new section? How would that be done? The duct seems to be about 10" in diameter.
