[left]It has been hotter then normal and our ac started to act up. Had the coils checked had the freon checked. Had the ducts checked. Still seem to be having an issue. If the air is set at 78 and we turn it down to say 77, within about five minutes the thermostat will then says it's 79 in the house, if you wait still sits at 79, but within five minutes of turning it back up to 78 the thermostat will once again read 78. Is this a thermostat issue or could there still be something up with our ac. We also bought a thermometer and it says a different temp then the thermostat most of the time is always higher.[/left]

I am switching out my capacitor and could only find a dual run capacitor locally. I would appreciate any help on wiring it. The previous capacitor wasn't a dual run capacitor. Please see attached photos of existing capacitor and new capacitor. I really appreciate any help on how I wire the new capacitor.
