HVAC Not Cooling

Hi All,

My commercial building has an HVAC system. Recently it stops working and I saw the thermostat light is off. I changed the setting and try to start it again still didn't work. I changed the batteries as well. What could be the reason? Can you people help me

What thermostat is this? Is it part of a BAS system? Is there power to the thermostat?

Welcome to the forums.

We'll need a bunch more information than that.
Most commercial systems don't use battery powered thermostats.

If that's all the info you can provide, the answer is likely going to be to have a pro come out and look at it.

Being it’s commercial you’ll have to tell us what kind of system your dealing with.
DX cooling, chilled water, VAV/VVT, VRF, what kind of system do you have?
Can you access the unit?
Do you have tools and a meter to troubleshoot?
What voltage is being delivered to the thermostat?
