I am building a two story addition and plan to add central air later. I have radiators and plan to out my unit in the attic.
I want to run duct work through new 2x6 interior walls. What size should use?

No one can give you any kind of estimate for duct sizing without knowing a whole lot about the specifics of your project.
What is needed is to know exactly how much air needs to be delivered to the space and it's the heating cooling load that determines this.
You need a heating/cooling load estimate and there are several online calculators available to be able to do this.
