Liquid build up on A/C copper line on condenser.

Liquid build up on A/C copper line on condenser.
As the copper line goes into the chassis of outside unit right after the valve, I noticed that the pipe has become watery. I see the liquid buildup on the pipe which I can feel if I put my finger on the pipe, and there's some water dropping right under the pipe. The amount of water dropping isn't a lot at this time, but most of the copper pipe coming out of the house is covered in black insulation foam so it could be dripping water else where too. I'm not sure if it's water or refrigerant on the pipe, but the unit is a new Goodman GSX140361 unit was recently. What should I further check? The unit is new so it is under warranty.

This is normal. That pipe gets cold, hence the insulation on the line to minimize condensation. Some "sweating" of the pipe is normal. I assume you live in an area that has high humidity. BTW, the other copper line (the smaller diameter one) normally is slightly warm, it shouldn't be cold, that's why it's not insulated.
