Fan not spinning on my outside Unit

My Ac stoped working and when checking for power is see that circuit was triped turned it on and i hear the buzzing but the fan not working.
i googled about it and they where saying its the capacitor.
Bought a capacitor and its doing the same thing.
I kick start it with a stick and it runs i set the thermostat to 75° it will work for a have day and when it reaches afternoon time it will stop working again and i have to use the same stick again. It will work line there is nothing wrong with it. So i dont know what to predict is it the fan motor or the compressor low on gas?

Are you certain that the new capacitor is wired correctly, is the correct rating for the motor and is good? Test the new capacitor with your meter to be certain.
It sounds like a capacitor problem.
Is the motor getting hot and failing on overload?

A motor with worn bearings will do the same thing. When it gets hot it won't restart.
