How to Determine Best Ramping Profile For Amana 3 Ton 2 Stage Unit

I live in NE Ohio where the summers can be very hot and humid. I have an Amana 3 ton model ASXC160361_16SEER unit.. The furnace is an Amana 96 AFUE with an ECM blower motor, a 2 stage thermostat and an Aprilaire electrostatic air cleaner. The service manual recommends 400 cfm per ton.for A/C.and offers 4 different ramping modes (A,B,C & D). Presently it is set at 'C' That provides for a 7-1/2 blower speed at 52% then ramps to 100% and a 1 minute off delay at 100%. The blower cfm at this setting is 1100 cfm.The A/C compressor comes on 1 minute before the blower starts. The swing temperature of the thermostat is set at .2 degrees. The room temperature setting is 72 degrees and the indoor humidity is between 40% to 45%. I am wondering if this is a good setting?
