Goodman A/C Problem
Hello,
I have a Goodman model CKL30-1d
the indoor coils sits atop a Intertherm model FEH-012ha.
The unit works in heat mode.
when you put thermostat on cool the thermostat blinks cool on but nothing happens when you put the t-stat on fan only the fan does not run. I checked the voltage between between R and C on the control board on and got no reading so I replaced the secondary xformer(fan relay). I am unsure of my meter now as that is not the fix. Any Ideas Please? Thank You!

I forgot to note that I can press the contactor at the outdoor unit and it runs
I also realized I can hear the the thermostat click when turned on to heat but not when turned on to cooling or fan only. Thank

Check control voltage to the outdoor unit.
Check your meter using an outlet or something else you know is hot

Thank You, I will do that when I get back out there.
The system does not get used much.
I think its low voltage, the thermostat does not click either.
On the unit outside I replaced the contactor as it was in horrible shape. When I pulled the old one out, the contactor plate fell out.
I replaced the cap as well it was completely rusted up and a spade was loose.
the transformer on the intertherm shows 24 on the low and 240 on the high side. 24 volts between the r and the c.
