Hole in wall blowing AC
I recently bought a place and noticed the downstairs half bath has a hole under the sink where the pipe goes. The home is about twice the size as it needs to be. When my AC is on I can feel cold air coming from the home is this a issue?? Maybe bad duct work? Should I cover the hole up?

I would seal the hole. When the AC is running humid air from the crawl space might be getting sucked into the conditioned part of the house.

Hi, so the pipes that are going through this hole are for the plumbing, what’s on the other side of the wall?
