Condensate pump runs all summer long
Utilitech Pro 0.3-HP Thermoplastic Condensate Pump. Does it have to run all summer long? My water bill is outrageous because of it.

What does a condensate pump have to do with your water bill? It should be pumping water from your furnace to the drain not water from the potable supply.
Check your humidifier. Maybe it is not stuck and flowing water to the condensate pump.

Welcome to the forums.
If it's a condensate pump for the A/C then it will run occasionally all summer long. It could run several times a day based on the humidity levels. If it were stuck running...... you should hear it drawing air in and making sucking noises. However.... this is condensate water..... runoff from the A/C system not city water.
Joed pointed out a possible humidifier problem.
