Trane Jumper Madness

So, trying to replace my old th8321u1006 with a 9000 series Honeywell.

Of course, this supposedly simple project is anything but.

Could you all give some advice? What is wrong? That interesting blue wire was not connected to anything on either...

Starting with the old thermostat, then the new, then 2 shots of the control board (the madness).

If that is a Trane or American Standard furnace the jumpers on the furnace control board are to get the proper cfm output of air for a two stage scroll compressor with a 70 percent stage 1.

Some wires are blocking the view of the right terminals on the furnace picture.
Is the condenser connected to C along with the orange stat wire?

Looks like you have a 2 stage heat and 2 stage cool system with a gas furnace.

I'm sorry, I have attached another angle of the board.

"Looks like you have a 2 stage heat and 2 stage cool system with a gas furnace." --Dead on sir! (checked the paperwork from the installer).

What I am trying to figure out is how to wire the thermostat in the top picture. The bottom is the old one being replaced. (up above)
