Hi, what is the most important thing to consider for a replacement condenser fan motor?
aside from voltage.

Current draw is important.
Direction of rotation if not reversible.
Shaft size.
Motor frame size.

All specs are important.
Besides voltage, speed is often overlooked.
Most condenser fan motors are 1075 rpm and it is quite common to find a burnt motor in the field where a 1725 rpm motor was mistakenly installed.
