Ac unit not getting 24v

Not getting 24v at the contactor on my ac unit. Ive checked the thermostat and it's getting 24v on all wires. Had a checkup on my air handlers a couple of months ago and maybe they knocked a wire loose. In the picture below the white loose wire runs to the outside condenser unit. Just not sure which port to connect it bad too. Hope this makes sense.

Also the red wire connected on the Y terminal also goes to the outside unit.

Welcome to the forums.

The white wire from the outside condenser goes to the C terminal.
