Ruud equipment

I was looking at pictures of the A/C in my sons house with RUUD equipment.
I believe this Is AC not a a heat pump due to JAZ tail letters?
UPNJ-049JAZ
I assume it is a straight AC and 3.5 ton.
My concern is this the air handler looks like a 2 ton
UBHK-24J18SUE
Or am I just confused with the numbers?
Thanks.

Look at page 3 - https://www.acdirect.com/overstockpd..._UBHK_spec.pdf
If I'm reading it right 24 is the air handler's width and 18 is for the heat kit. E for 4+ ton coil.

Asuff is correct. Your outdoor AC condenser is a 4 ton unit and the inside air handler is a 4 ton unit also.

(I'm assuming the outdoor condenser model number is a UPNL-049JAZ)
