Assuming a standard window-type AC, probably a few hundred dollars. It's likely a 2-3 hour project for an electrician with possibly a helper. Unfortunately, there are way too many unknowns (how long the run is, how easy it is to pull new cable, your location, cost of labor, etc etc etc) to give you a close price.
I'd recommend you talk to your neighbors and find a recommended electrician and give them a call for a price. We usually recommend 2-3 quotes, but for a small project like this, I would probably go with a recommended (and licensed) contractor.
