fan cuts off
trane xl1200. A/C starts blowing then fan in house almost dies after a few seconds. Then it will do the same thing maybe 7-8 times then runs normal until it cools to set temperature and cuts off. When it comes back on it does the same thing. Does this sounds like a capacitor ? The outside unit continues to operate normal.

Post the model number for the air handler.
There is a good chance that it uses a Genteq/ECM motor that could be failing.
