Changed parts in central air unit and it’s still not working
My AC froze up a couple days ago. Today I replaced the blower motor and the capacitor. My AC is kicking on now but it’s barely blowing air out the closest vent to it. Not sure what to do now.

Have you cleaned filters? Did you tighten the set screw to blower? Does the blower sound like it is turning fast? A/C guys will be in some time just a few things to check.

Welcome to the forums.
Two things can cause that coil to ice up.....
1) lack of airflow.
2) low on refrigerant charge.
If you don't have a lot of airflow when first starting the blower than the blower needs to be diagnosed.
Why did you change the motor.... was the old one bad ?
Many motors are multi speed. Are you using the fast speed tap if it has one.

If you haven't found the problem yet this is just a shot in the dark. Did antone cover your return air registers to prevent return air from getting back to the unit. You will only get as much air out as you have coming in.
There is a reason that made me think of this from long ago. It used to be a common problem in my area with woman not liking the looks of the big black return grates and since no heat was coming out of them and not knowing what it was for the wife put a big braided rug over it so she wouldn't have to see it.
