Rheem AC
I have a 5 yr. old Rheem 2 ton unit. Where we live we get power outages at times that only last a few seconds, if the AC is running when it happens the unit starts to make a loud buzzing sound when the power comes back on and it won't stop until we shut it down at the thermostat. We wait a few minutes and then turn it back on and it is fine. Is there a circuit breaker or something that could fix this, because if we were to be gone I'm afraid it could damage the unit if it went on for too long?
Thanks Fritoguy15

Amazon has a cheaper time delay unit, although I don't know how reliable it is.
