honeywell RTH6400D1000 replacement

My Honeywell RTH6400D1000 stops working for me now. It is too old and I cannot find it on the market anymore. I am looking for a compatible replacement. The new wifi one may not be suitable in my case because I don't want to change other devices related. I need you to recommend a good replacement. I have water heating and a central air-conditioner. Thank you in advance.

What is water heating...... hydronic baseboard with boiler ?
If yes..... that would be a piped system. The A/C would be totally separate using ductwork.
Did you have two system combined on one thermostat ?

A picture of the wiring can be very helpful.
You may have enough wires for a wifi stat if that's what you want.
Your old stat is batteries only ?

Yes, two separate systems into one thermostat. I have another zone. I don't want to change another thermostat.

Home Depot has a Honeywell thermostat that runs on batteries that will replace your old thermostat.
I put a link above.

I see these terminals when looking up your old stat...
