No heat or cooling but blower fan is working

Have a Miller package system in a mobile home. When either heat or ac is requested, neither come on but blower fan comes on. Can feel air at registers. When ac is requested, outside fan does not come on.

Welcome to the forums.

What is the Miller package system ?
Heat pump, gas fired ???
Can't help unless we know what you have and what you have done.

Thanks Pete.
don’t know the model. It’s too old. It runs both ac and heat.
all electric. No gas.
when you use the thermostat, either hot or cold, you hear it clicking on. Only the recirc fan works on both.
no heat or cold from unit. Can’t find a wiring diagram. To me, it’s got to be something at the outside unit.
because the recirc blower fan works, which is in the outside unit, I know power is getting out there.
thanks

All electric. Is it a standard electric packaged unit or a heat pump ?

A standard packaged unit is an A/C with electric heat strips.
A heat pump will run the compressor for heat and the electric heat strips are backup.
There are too many systems for me to offer help guessing at a problem.

Pictures of the control area where the main power enters would be helpful.
Since the blower is running.... the control circuit and fuse is ok.
How-to-insert-pictures.

This was actually for a neighbour. They got it looked at and found broken wire on control board which shorted it out. New board, alls good. Thanks for replies.
