What is the pertinent info on this capacitor?

There are so many numbers on this capacitor, I don't know how to search for a new one. Which are the pertinent ones to help me order a new one when necessary?

I may not actually need a new one: I think the heating/cooling company that came out was just looking for something to upcharge me on. They spent HOURS doing what should have been a routine system maintenance, then tried to tell me I needed a new capacitor, duct cleaning, and that I should sign up for a membership at about $1200/year.

The Trane unit is probably less than 5 years old and there have been no problems with it at all. But at least I now know how to find the capacitor myself!

Thanks

Thank you!

What's the big number then? The D156132P19?

Thanks especially for the example from Amazon.

That's a Genteq part number. Not sure if it means much.

$1200 a year for a "membership"?
What, in the local golf club?

My yearly cost is $150 which includes 2 free maintenance calls per year, and if there are problems in between, they reschedule one of the maintenance calls to do the repair so there's no charge for an additional service call.

$1200 sounds like a rip off.

I didn't read all the original details.

A 5 year old unit should not require a new capacitor.
$1200 for a service contract is just an outright ripoff.

So.... what is your actual problem with the system ??
