a/c fan blade removal from motor

The fan motor shaft does not protrude beyond the fan mount and no screw in spots either to attach a puller to remove the fan blade assembly from the fan motor. How do I remove the fan blades to attach to the replacement motor? Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

It would be most helpful to know what you are working on.
Even more helpful are pictures..... How to insert pictures.

Thanks Pete,

This is a Lennox HS29-036-2P AC unit.
I would attach a pic but I haven't figured that out yet.

Take the bolt out of the fan collar. Spray the top of the shaft and into the bolt hole with a rust dissolver like Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster. Let it sit for little while and re-apply again. Take a socket a little larger than the motor shaft and tap the collar until it slides down a small amount. The idea is to break the rust free. Once the fan moves on the shaft it should come off.
