1988 Bryant AC Unit won't turn on or come back on

1988 Bryant AC Unit has been working consistently for over 12 years.
We had an electrical surge and it wouldn't start back up.
Fuses checked - fine
Contactor - replaced
Run capacitor appears fine and reads the appropriate MFDs.
Run Capacitor appeared fine, but the MFDs weren't there. Replaced.
Relay switch appears fine. Not sure how to test.
Board appears fine. Not sure how to test.
I'm getting 240V in, getting 24V from the thermostat, but it won't kick on.
I depress the contactor plunger and it starts up. I hold for 30 seconds and it continues to run. Then it shuts off once temp is obtained and won't start up.
Any ideas?

Does this look normal?

Welcome to the forums.

You need a voltmeter. There is a diagnostic sticky at the top you need to follow.
Be VERY careful manually activating the contactor. There is a danger of a flash.
Not sure what the relay is for. Does it look normal ?? I guess.
