Why the Heating on New Mini Split does not work
I just installed Senville LETO Series Mini Split , 9000 BTU 110/120V, (SENL-09CD-16).
It works fine on the Cool Mode, but when I turned to Heat Mode, there was nothing. The outside condenser stopped running.
I turned up the temperature to max (89 F) and it was still nothing. Switched to Cool and it was working.
I appreciate any help from the expert. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums.
Do you get the owners manual ?
It should list the heating parameters.
Most units will not operate in heat mode if ambient temperature is over 80°.
