LG Mini-Split LSN120HSV4
Can anyone tell me why my indoor unit gives the blinking (about one second on and one second off) led sequence of:
8 times - cooling
3 times - heating
The unit has been thoroughly cleaned filters, fan blades and all components. Only resetting the breaker will correct the issue. This issue happens intermittently throughout the day and night.

They both cover your unit. However no mention of a code 83 in them.
The only mention I can find of an 83 discusses system pressures which mean a charge issue.
