Hi
I ve been struggling of my living room ac leaking for half month. Check drain pipe working good. But water leaking from the middle of the wall where control panel installed and another spot is under left of drain pan. Is it leaking from upstairs and main pipe. Here’s some pic
and video of leaking:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h8g...w?usp=drivesdk

The picture posted is too close. Can't get a reference point. The video is good.
I added the second labeled picture.
The problem is not your coil or drain.
The condensation is coming from over your coil. (blue arrow)
It could be due to an air leak and condensation or that water that is dripping is coming from the unit above you. I'm inclined to believe the second choice.
It's 100° here, and every air conditioner repair place is booked solid for at least a week, but this amazing company sent a guy over here between appointments somehow… So, the exterior unit was dead, no reaction at all to being turned on. He opened the little panel on the wall nearby, he was poking around in there and attached a little box with wires to it at some point, then he sent me to turn the circuit breakers for the A/C off and then back on, he poked around some more… and just like that it was fixed! And he wouldn't even take any money! He was barely here more than 5 minutes! Does anyone have any guesses as to what might've happened?Read More

We get severe light dimming when the air handler kick on. Once running, multi-speed seems to be working correctly. High voltage supply is good and the fan spins freely. I suspect the ECM. (I do not have a TECMate). Anything else I can check before dropping $800 on a new motor+ECM? Also trying to decide if a 25yo system is worth repairing or replacing ...Read More
