chevy volt batteries

2012 chevy volt.
165,000 miles on it.
Dead. Gas engine died.
I am trying to sell any parts i can.
Is the battery pack worth anything? Would solar people want it?

You should be posting this type of thing on the Chevy Volt forum. There is where you market is located.

Or speak with an auto wrecker. They would be well aware of the demand and prices for everything.

Original batteries? I doubt anyone would be very interested. Per the recommended interval you're nearly due for pack #3.

Good battery life but disappointing life out of that gas engine.

Thanks everyone.
I doubt a volt owner would want it for his volt.
I doubt auto wreckers handle these. Probably more of a little liabilty. Maybe if a new car got totaled ,they might sell the batteries.
I assumed, because of the mileage, there wouldnt be a market.
But, i thought i would ask.
DIY solar people do some strange things.
