Can this wall be removed?
I would like to remove this wall. But I am not sure if it’s a load-bearing wall. Especially the column in the red area. The column located in the middle of the house. There is any way can make sure about it? Thanks.

You say column and circled the end of the wall. Is there a column inside the end of the wall?
If there is a steel column inside the end of your wall then it is probably load bearing and can NOT be removed without consulting with a Engineer. If you just have a normal wall with 2x4 studs inside then you need to investigate further. First is to go into the attic and see if your ceiling joists run parallel or perpendicular to the wall and look for any other structure going to that area.

From what I understand, if the joists are running parallel to the wall, it is not load bearing. If the joists are perpendicular , it is likely to be load bearing
