I have floor tiles of various lengths that where placed down before my cabinets were put in but they were installed incorrectly (my guess is they let the mortar dry too much or used the wrong mortar) and now some of them are popping up. The ones that are not under the cabinets I am pulling up and re-mortaring back down. As for the tiles that are under the cabinets I am trying not to have to cut them off an re-mortar back down but am seeing if anyone knows of a tile adhesive that I can "squirt" under the popped up section of the tile and "re-glue" it back down. I was hoping there was a tile adhesive that is liquid enough to use a large syringe to "squirt" under the tile via the broken up grout lines. Only looking for solutions that involve not cutting each popped up tile and re-mortaring it back down (I know that solution and its my last resort). Thanks in advance for your thoughtful solutions. Lose tiles are various lengths and install under the cabinets and appliances. Looking for liquid adhesive solution???
I am currently installing new bamboo flooring. The problem that we encountered is this: when we attempted to floor around our kitchen island and tried to match up on the opposite end, we’ve noted that there is an approximate gap of 1 inch. Suggestions on how to correct this?
