I hope you can help me. My name is Rob and I own a 2 up 2 downtown house,
>and i despiratly need a work space for my music. So i figured that i could

What is holding the loft up now? Is it a true loft?

I would need more information in order to help you. what size are your floor joists, how far apart are they. How far apart are your rafters, etc. With this information, may be able to help you. Good Luck
