Unhappy

How can we thaw or what do we do if our pipes have frozen below the grade coming into the house? The main comes through the concrete and it is frozen under it. Meanwhile temperatures outside are colder than they were when they froze.
Any suggestions soon would be appreciated as we need water!

You might try heat tape. Put the thermostat up against the concrete for maximum effiency. Don't get a cheap tape, get a good one. You do not need a real long one. One thing strikes me strange. It is freezing inside the concrete, but ont in the ground outside. It should be the other way around.
check this out. Good Luck
