My basement walls are seeping slightly. I want to finish the basement but I don't trust just painting it with Dry-loc. All my downspouts and grading look good. I believe my problem comes from clay in the soil. I heard of a product called Squidgee dry......would anyone have any reviews on this product? Or recommend any others? Thanx

Franky,
I am having the same problem myself and like you would like to finish a basement room. I went to Home Depot, and the guy
there told me about some kind of mix (weird
name) that you combine w/ a chemical (made
by same company) and paint it on the outside
of your place w/ a heavy duty brush. Costs about 20 bucks per 20-25lb bag I think. I haven't tried it yet, b/c it requires digging
around exterior wall. I wanted to do some more research too, let me know if you find
anything.
