Evercrete DPS??

I've seen a couple of references to this product as a sealer for concrete. Has anyone had any success with this? You have to purchase it off the web site and I was hoping to find a comparable product at the local home center. Our new house's basement smells of mildew and we did get some water in during the spring thaw so we need to somehow seal the concrete. It is a poured foundation and one contractor estimated $16K for a special system to repair. Help! We're now house-broke!

Drylock should be available at a home center near you.
Keep in mind it is a temporary fix. Stopping water on the negative side will not last a long time - water is too strong.
You may need a dehumidifier to get rid of the dampness.
The only long term fix is done on the outside. Make sure the gutters aren't clogged and drain away from the foundation. The landscaping should slope away from the house.
