Question

We are planning to buy this house. We saw some cracks (7 ) in the basement floor. House is 1997 build. Will it cost a lot to fix those crack or can we do it on our own. Will appriciate a quick response

My husband and I are finishing our basement and we had a few cracks in the walls. We were told by a friend of ours that is a plumber to use hydrolic cement, which we did. Follow the directions on the can. We have since had some real down pours and have not had a leek what so ever. Was a real easy fix for a pair of weekend warriors. Hope this helps.
