Ceramic Tile

I just finished tiling and grouting my floor in the basement. I noticed that some of my joints are smaller / thinner than others. I think its a function of removing too much grout when I was sponging it smooth. It's a learning process!! Question: Can I regrout those seams that are thinner--just apply another coating of grout over the existing stuff or would I have to remove what's there and start all over again?

Thanks

You don't want too thin of a grout layer. I'd suggest using a grout saw (a $10 hand tool) to scrape away at least 1/8" of the old grout before regrouting).
