Basement Leaking

I have a leaking poured concrete basemant wall. I had two different companies give estimates to install an interior drain tile around the perimeter. The cost is prohibitive. I went on the internet and located a product called Squidgee Seal Once Dry System. It appears to be a drain tile type drainage system that you install on top of the floor along the perimeter and have the open end drain into a sump pump or drain. Does anyone have knowledge of this or similar products? I believe that Lowe's is the only home improvement store that sells Squidgee. Thank you.
