Question perimeter drain leaks

I built a perimeter drain around my basement 1-1/2" high with fiberglass reinforced concrete. I sealed the floor where the two meet but water seeps under the concrete.Another coat of sealer or is there a silicon caulk I can use?

rla,

If you did not use a bonding agent to prep your existing floor, caulking might help. You might want to caulk first then use a good waterproof concrete coating.

Hope this helps!
