basement - insulation

I think I messed up....I started finishing my basement but did not set my 2x4 wall out from the block wall 1 inch. From the posts I've read, my insulation should not touch the block wall nor should my 2x4s. I have used a pressure treated base but my studs are not PT. I sealed my walls before I started and I do not have any water problems. Can I slide a vapor barrier behind the 2x4 wall (between the studs and the block wall ) ? or do I need to tear the whole wall out and move it out one inch ?

Thanks Roger

Doh! LOL I'd love to hear the responses on this one for I am planning on finishing my basement too some day. So you have heard you only have to come out an inch from the wall? I was curious about this as well. I am also wondering where you put the vapor barriers? Just on the floor, or on top of the wall too? What do you use? Plastic sheeting? I guess I need to get a book on finishing a basement!

I look forward to the responses to your question.
