Boxing basement windows

Hi and as you can tell, I'm very new at this and it's supposed to say "soon" to marry. He's a semi-retired contractor (not homes) and just says "You call them and get it done" Because we both are wellknown and liked in the community, I'm having a bit of a challenge in trying to pick contractors. He already escavated the hole and has left the front filled in which is not going to be concrete, but because he has the equipment, he does all he can with dirt and rock and such and it's no problem for him to move it over and over if I ask. Would the concrete, basement dude choose how he wants it done? Larry wants me to have the "control" of the whole deal, but I'm really lost on this part. Thank you for your patience, Belinda

I'm am getting water in my basement, much of it appears to be coming in from the area where the wall and floor meet. I'm am using Dryloc on my basement walls. When purchasing the Dryloc, I saw the Dryloc Fast Plug product. I would like to use that in the space where the wall and floor met. Can I safely use that product to fill in that space all around the basement or does that area need to be free so it can expand and contract?
