Off Topic - Thanks Doug!

Can I just say Doug Aleshire deserves a big thank you... from me and everyone on the board.

Thanks for all your advice, both with the issue you helped me with, plus all the great advice you've given here.

Thanks!

Great help, above and beyond the call of duty and I only have one wall up so far in my basement renovation. I plan on testing his patience and everyones with my inane questions.

Doug is willing to tackle all questions! There are some posts that I wouldn't want to touch with a ten-foot pole, but Doug and the other moderators will walk people through anything. If you combine a few of the longer, in-depth posts, I would say an entire house can be built from the info shared here.

Great work guys!

THANK YOU ALL!!

talon2112 and the gang,

I'd like to thank all of you for the great compliments on what I have done for you and others. It's nice to know that I am appreciated for what I bring to this Forum. I hope all have benefitted from those who are in the stages of a project or planning to do one.

When I saw that I was the topic of the post, I was pleasantly surprised and honored. I was wondering how was I going to respond to your kind generousity.

As a volunteer, I and the other Moderators, all work extra hard to provide the best information when asked for or just to provide some input. With all of our experiences and knowledge, we will continue to service the Forum to the best of our ability.

I want to also point out that as Members, your experience and knowledge that you bring here is great information and an excellent learning source, even for me. Without you, this wouldn't be a Forum that helps each other. I sure don't know everything but I'm willing to learn more. You provide more insight to issues that I and others may not work with and this is great for everyone!

To those that visit, we hope that you return to get the BEST, FREE, ADVICE around and be willing to share your projects for others to learn!

Again, thank you all for the postings and I will continue to do my best!

Thanks!
