Leaking Patio Door - Walk out Basement
I am finishing a walk out basement. The outside wall was finished with windows and a patio door. To finish the ceiling I need to put a box around some pipes just above the patio doors. I attached a box made with 2x4s to the finshed ( dry wall ) area above the door and the ceiling. The door is leaking, now. Did I damage some flashing above the door?

I doubt it but I would check on what you nailed! You didn't put a nail or screw through a water pipe did you? It might be a small leak that might have developed after you did your work. If this didn't leak before, I doubt it is a flashing issue but check everything.
