wet walls

Hi All,

Two corner walls in my basement seem to become wet when
it rains. Can I use Dri-loc when it dries? Will this stop the
seepage ? Also, I notice a small crack on the basement floor
and a constant water stain around it. I plan to finish the
basement, but this concerns me. My house is 1-1/2 yrs and
while in construction I notice after a week or so the basement
was poured there was an area that was built-up with concrete.
This is was the crack is. Any suggestions..?

Thanks

With the house only being 1 1/2 yr old, my first thought would be to contact the builder.

Have used the dri-lock on old basement walls with good results.

Exclamation wet

Have you looked around out side to see where the water can come from. You on a good grade? Have gutters on the home and they all drain away from the home. Lets look out side here first then the inside ED
