Framing around waste pipes, etc.

Following Doug's great suggestions (http://forum.doityourself.com/showth...hreadid=150877), I'm starting to frame out my basement wall, 1" from the wall w/ a PT base. My main waste pipe needs to be blocked out, it is about 1 1/2" from the wall. When framing around it, should I have any particular concerns? For example, should I keep any insulation from touching the pipe (like the foundation wall)? I'd like to minimize space loss but if such pipes are prone to condensation if not properly dealt with I'd love to avoid any problems.

Thanks!
Bob

Framing waste pipe.

I'd suggest keeping the clean out (if there is one) accesable, and, depending on your plan I'd just move that wall out far enough to allow it all to finish evenly in front of it. I think it looks better than having a bump-out in front of the pipe.
