attic condensation

I'm suspecting that the air from the bathroom is rentering the attic via the exterior eave vent. Because the exterior vent from the bathroom is just 2 or 3 inches below the soffit, I think its being sucked backed into the attic. another clue: there are icicles hanging from the soffit in the eaves around that exterior vent.
Another clue: while in the attic, I noticed that while there was frost on the shething, the area near where the exterior vent leaves the house was damp, not frosted over?

Does this sound like a likely source for the condensation.

vents

I would sure try and move that bath vent outlet. With that moisture by the out vent .Could be you dont have enough vent up there in the attic. Old is 1 sq ft for 150sqft of attic new is 1 sq ft for 300 sq ft of attic. 1/2 in and 1/2 out ED
