Has anyone used these stairs or has any +/-ve feedbacks?

Looked at them Think Ill stay with the ones from Home depot and lowes ED

Attic Stairs Repair
Can anyone tell me where to get parts for old attic stairs? I need a metal support arm and a spring. Don't know the manufacturer.
