sealing basement walls

I have a question concerning sealing basement walls, here is the problem in a nut shell - a 1928 home with poured basement walls that where previously painted about 3 times prior to my arrival, during the last round of t-storms I noticed some seapage so I chiseled and scraped and applied hydro-cement to all cracks and now I want to completly seal the walls(60-40 bare cement) and I really need some input as to what to use for the best results, I might add that I have no mold/mildew present and run a dehumidifier and basement windows are open on breezy dry days. -R

Id go for Drylock or Thorseal for on the walls.

Are 2 coats of drylock really necessary?
