Asphalt Tile

The basement of my house was waterproofed almost 30 years ago by a company that's no longer in business. The outside perimeter was dug up and two sump pumps were installed and a weeping pipe was laid that empties into the sump wells. My problem now is that the weeping pipes seem to be clogged and when there is heavy rain or spring thaw the small drainage holes that are in the side of the wells do not drain fast enough to keep the ground water levels low, resulting in water seeping in at floor level. Can anyone give me some tips on unplugging the weeping pipes? Thanks for any help!!!! :)

We have received 3+ inches of rain the past three days. Today I noticed a small amount of water in our old well room. The water is coming in through the concrete floor where a small piece on concrete has popped out. The piece is about the diameter of a fifty cent coin and about a quarter inch deep at its greatest depth. Any ideas for how to fix the area that would be waterproof and stop the leak?
